Many of you know of Richard Ramsey from the SAICFF in '06. His film "The Oath of Desormeau" won 'Best of Festival' that year. He has also been producing short comedy videos with his brother John (and a few friends.)The time has come for another big moment in the Ramsey family's life. They will be moving to Kentucky where he will join the staff at "City on a Hill Productions" as a full-time filmmaker.
